Limmu Coffee
Limmu is a rugged, mountainous region stretching from south-central to south-western Ethiopia, part of the Oromiya Zone that produces primarily washed coffees. The coffee beans sourced here have a distinct roundish shape and green color, and are medium sized. With notes of spice and wine; soft berry undertones and rich floral overtones.

Sidama Coffee
A region in southern Ethiopia where the ideal soil type, climate altitude, rainfall and temperature combine to make it the largest supplier of washed coffee in the country, Sidamo-grown coffee beans have spicy, citric, floral, and even chocolate notes. The bean is small to medium sized and green-gray to blue in color. Both washed and sun-dried (natural) processed.

Jimma Coffee
Jimma coffee comes with a medium to firm acidity and smooth to round palpable sensation, this coffee is well-known for its distinctive flavor. The bean has a uniform appearance, blue in color, medium to bold, thick in size and oblong to round in shape. Washed only, it is renowned for its good cup, sweet and spicy “wine-like” flavor and balanced body.

Yirgacheffee Coffee
A small town of some 20,000 inhabitants which lies within the larger Sidamo coffee producing region of southern Ethiopia. Yirgacheffe coffee is much sought after for its bright point citric acidity. It’s well-bodied, balanced cup of mocha combined with flowery, spicy elements and an array of fruity flavours gives it a layered and complex wheel of taste. Yirgacheffe is renowned for its washed coffees but is gaining reputation with fruity balanced naturals, as well.

Kaffa Coffee
From which the term “coffee” is derived, Kaffa is the birthplace of coffee. To this day, the Kaffa region in the southwestern part of Ethiopia remains one of the strongest coffee producing regions in Ethiopia.

Guji Coffee
Lies in the Oromia region of southern Ethiopia, Coffees sourced from this region used to be classified together with Sidamo, but have since been recognized for their distinct taste profile and characteristics of a sweet tart acidity and its taste ranges from sweet lemon candy and floral tea to heavy green melon and rose flavor.
